I saw this recommended by one of the Bookstagrammers and bought it blindly. Did not even read the blurb.
I’m still not sure how I feel about this book. I liked it but I also didn’t like it. Good plot. Good setting. But… somewhere along the way it lost its charm.
Reading after such a long break is so refreshing! Loved the book. Just what I needed. This was an impulse buy at the bookstore and worth it.
This book too did not work for me. I don’t think I’ve ever tried any other author’s books so many times even though I haven’t enjoyed them!
Ever since I read Gardner’s books for the first time last year, I’ve been a huge fan. So far none of her books have failed me. And this one was no different.
This book was just what I expected. The usual plot with lots of action. The action is why I read these kind of books.
Finished a book in a day after a really long time. This book had almost everything that I look for in a whodunnit.
This is my first Poirot! Yeah I know I’m late. Christie is an expert at making the impossible seem possible and tying all the loose strings to a neat little bow at the end.
